Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

Registered Nurse – Medical/SurgicalSchedule: 3x12s, Nights, every other weekend required.Assignment Details: 13-week contract, 36 guaranteed hours per week.Requirements:Current RN license in the state.BLS certification required.At least 2 years of experience in a Medical/Surgical setting.Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.Strong assessment and communication skills.Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care and monitor patient progress.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes.Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and care.Document patient care and any changes in condition accurately.Participate in quality improvement initiatives.Compliance / Notes:Background checks and drug screens required prior to onboarding.
