Compliance document deadline is Monday prior to start

Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date

All RTO must be presented at time of submission only - facility will not review RTO submitted after this time

2 references from a direct supervisor/manager, ANM, director for the unit submitted to 18 months experience Required, 2 years exp. preferred

No Certs pending EKG and Pharm test required during orientation. 2 attempts max for each. No remediation for a re-test. Travelers will be cancelled if they fail.
