\nWe're hiring for a Vice President of Delivery to lead recruiting operations, drive profitability, and scale delivery teams across technology staffing and executive search.
\n \nWhat You Will Do
\n- \n
- Lead and scale recruiting delivery teams across technology staffing and eventually executive search. \n
- Coach and develop recruiters and managers to improve productivity and placements. \n
- Partner with sales leadership to prioritize client needs and maximize fulfillment. \n
- Improve recruiting processes, candidate quality, and delivery performance. \n
- Own delivery P&L, gross profit, margins, and recruiting performance metrics. \n
- Build recruiting capacity and leverage technology and AI to drive efficiency. \n
What We're Looking For
\n- \n
- Proven leadership experience in technology staffing, ideally contract or on-demand staffing. \n
- Track record of building, managing, and developing successful recruiting teams. \n
- Strong understanding of recruiting operations, delivery metrics, and profitability. \n
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership style with strong commercial judgment. \n
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills. \n
- Experience in Data, AI, Engineering, or executive search is a plus. \n
