Grounds Keeper

Pay: $11/hr (starting rate; eligible for performance review increase)

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to maintain cemetery grounds in a clean, respectful, and well-kept condition.

Responsibilities:

Operate zero-turn mower for routine grass cutting
Weed eat, edge, and maintain landscaping around headstones and walkways
Pick up debris, trash, and fallen branches throughout the property
Use blowers and other tools to keep grounds neat and presentable
Assist with basic grounds maintenance such as leveling soil and light landscaping
Follow safety guidelines when operating equipment
Maintain a respectful and professional environment at all times

Requirements:

Must have steel-toed boots
Ability to work a full-time, consistent schedule (1st shift)
Reliable transportation required
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Must be dependable and able to perform physical labor
