Job Description

LSI is hiring for Shipping Associate!

Description:

Read and follow job jackets to verify production completion and job/order details
Check packing instructions and confirm items match customer specifications and order quantity
Weigh shipments and ensure compliance with weight guidelines
Enter shipment data into the shipping system to generate packing slips and customer documentation
Update shipping status on job jackets and track order progression
Process shipments via automated shipping software—selecting appropriate carriers and calculating shipping charges
Coordinate with carriers for pickups and maintain tracking and follow-up on deliveries
Perform routine quality control to identify damage, incorrect packaging, or discrepancies before shipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace

Details:

Wage: $16.00/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday (OT AVAILABLE)
Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm
Benefits: Vision, Dental, Health, and Life (Insurance)
