Warehouse Worker

Are you ready to jump-start your career in a dynamic warehouse environment? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers in Indianapolis. If you're reliable, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus), and can commit to a flexible training and shift transition schedule, we want you on our team. You'll begin on the 1st shift, processing E-commerce (ECOM) orders for 5-7 days, then transition to the 2nd shift after training. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and excel in a fast-paced setting. • Maintain punctuality and be on time for every shift.
• Efficiently process E-commerce (ECOM) orders and navigate ECOM screens.
• Ensure all ECOM work is completed the same day to meet operational requirements.
• Engage in picking, packing, and potentially gluing tasks as needed.
• Receive, inspect, and accurately record shipments and report any discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse, including labeling and shelving items and reconciling any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and shipment goals.

• Fluent understanding of English to follow directions and communicate effectively.
• Reliable transportation. Public transportation may not be available for late shifts.
• Flexibility to undergo training on the 1st shift for a week (7am-3:30pm) and transition to the 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) in the following week.
• The ability to be on time every day while not missing for more than 2 days during initial onboarding period.
• Physical capability to perform tasks such as picking, packing, and possibly gluing.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
