Quality Inspector - 1st Shift

Quality InspectorExecute inline or end of line inspections of products against defined quality standards to ensure that output meets or exceeds customer expectations. Inspectors may work in any of the operational departments/areas.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect products for freedom from quality defects.Document inspection results/findings.Share feedback with operators regarding defect findings.Collaborate with operational team members to identify and implement process and quality improvement solutions.Assist with other quality duties and ownership as needed.Key Skills and CompetenciesStrong organizational and prioritization skills.Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Education RequiredHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience RequirementsExperience preferred but not required.Working Conditions/OtherWork Hours/Status:Full-Time: 1st Shift; Monday – Thursday 5:00am – 3:00pmOvertime as neededThis position description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and competencies required of this position.
