Senior UX Designer Our client in DC is in search of a Senior UX Designer who possesses a comprehensive understanding of user experience design principles, product development lifecycles, and Agile methodologies. Responsibilities: Apply design thinking and human-centered design principles to develop intuitive and engaging user experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure alignment with user needs and business objectives. Conduct Journey Mapping, Ethnography, Usability Research, and Testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. Utilize Prototyping, Wireframing, and Visual QA techniques to translate concepts into high-fidelity designs. Leverage SAFe Agile methodology to contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and writing user stories. Utilize requirements tracking tools like Jira and Confluence to manage project tasks and ensure timely delivery. Utilize design tools such as Figma to create and iterate on designs, maintaining consistency and quality throughout the process.
