The people who work here make it all happen. Culinary Supervisor The Culinary Supervisor owns the kitchen when it counts. They lead the culinary team, hold the standard on food quality, and ensure every plate that goes out is something Topgolf can be proud of. This role requires culinary leadership, people development, and the ability to execute independently during busy periods. Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak events is required. What You Will Do Lead the Kitchen Team : Supervise the culinary team during service to ensure food quality, speed, and presentation meet Topgolf standards; coach and develop team members in real time, from technique and plating to attitude and accountability; delegate tasks clearly; drive engagement and build a culture people want to show up to; own quality and execution by preparing and pulling lists consistently; monitor presentation techniques and hold the line on food quality; participate in ordering and inventory management to keep costs and supply levels in check. Keep the Kitchen Safe and Compliant : Oversee safety and sanitation practices across the kitchen; ensure proper equipment operation, cleanliness, and maintenance; uphold all food handling, storage, and safety standards in compliance with local regulations; demonstrate Topgolf's core values (Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, Caring) in every interaction. Qualifications 3 years of culinary experience in a high‑volume kitchen. Proven ability to lead and develop a culinary team. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years of age or older as required by state or local law. Physical Requirements Ability to remain on your feet and in motion for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 75 pounds with assistance, navigate multi‑level areas, work in varying temperatures, perform repetitive hand and wrist motions, communicate clearly in a high‑energy environment, and maintain focus on food safety and quality under pressure.
