Director, AI Enablement & Knowledge Innovation

UKG seeks a leader to define knowledge architecture and AI-driven experiences for CX Learning & Enablement. You will design taxonomy, build generative AI/RAG solutions, and automate content lifecycles across CMS, LMS, and KM platforms to improve agent and learner outcomes.

Bring 8+ years in KM or AI/PM roles, strong APIs and data modeling skills, and experience delivering production-grade AI solutions in a SaaS environment. This is a full-time on-site US-based role.
