SAP Solution Architect

Novocure is a global publicly‑traded commercial‑stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non‑invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure’s commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. The company is also expanding into other solid tumor indications including non‑small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer and other types of solid cancers. The position is a permanent contract of employment (umowa o pracę) and requires office presence in Cracow, Poland, 3 times per week. Job Summary The SAP Solution Architect will contribute to various phases of the delivery lifecycle of enhancements and maintenance of SAP S4. The candidate will support all related services globally to ensure continuous operations for a 24X7 business and work cross‑functionally with various business owners to determine and meet their needs. Successful candidates will provide hands‑on support of the application when needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Primarily work on small but critical business requests for enhancements or feature improvements related to the SAP application suite. Provide functional/technical specifications for SAP enhancements (5+ years of experience). Support Fiori and/or gather requirements for front‑end design. Work with interfaces – ABAP proxies, IDOCs, error handling mechanisms, reprocessing techniques, etc. Propose the technical solution for functional requirements. Participate in design workshops and articulate the solution. Provide experience in implementations, rollouts and support in international projects. Understand SAP’s core modules and integration points. Collaborate with functional analysts on design and testing. Manage application SLAs. Qualifications and Knowledge 5+ years of SAP experience, preferably in MM, QM, PP. Prior experience in implementations, rollouts and support in international projects. Experience in Life Science and Healthcare environments. Experience in supply‑chain processes such as MRP, procurement, workflow, etc. Experience with master data such as materials and vendors. Ability to work with multi‑cultural teams. Experience with BADIs, BAPIs, IDOCs, workflow and LSMW is preferred. High analytical skills and customer orientation. Awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English, oral and written.
