IT Manager

As IT Manager, you’ll lead SV Microwave's technology function, ensuring our infrastructure, business systems, and data are reliable, secure, and ready to support continued growth. Because SV Microwave serves defense and aerospace customers, this role carries significant cybersecurity and compliance responsibility. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on technical depth with strategic thinking, strong service orientation, and the ability to communicate clearly with people at every level of the organization.
