Key Responsibilities Evaluate and monitor patient conditions effectively. Interpret cardiac rhythms accurately. Administer medications as prescribed. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Engage in quality and safety initiatives to enhance patient care. Maintain precise documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). Mentor and precept new staff members when necessary.
