We serve a diverse portfolio of personal and commercial lines clients across New Jersey and are licensed in New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Florida. Crespo Insurance Agency is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our growing team at our Pennsauken location. This position focuses on accurately entering customer and policy information into our agency management system and insurance carrier portals.
- Base pay of $16 - $16.50 per hour based on experience
- 20 hours guaranteed a week, Monday Through Friday
- Expected schedule of 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Responsibilities- Enter client, property, vehicle, driver, and policy information accurately.
- Upload and organize applications, documents, and correspondence.
- Review files for missing information and notify the appropriate agent.
- Update customer records and create follow-up activities in CRM.
- Prepare information for review by licensed insurance agents.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow agency procedures.
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with computers and entering information accurately.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Professional communication skills.
- Insurance-office or CRM experience is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
