Front Dest/Guest Services Associate (FT/PT, Year-Round)

Two Capes Lookout is looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-minded Front Desk / Guest Services Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, creating a welcoming guest experience, and being part of a small hospitality team. We’re open to full-time or part-time applicants and can offer some flexibility with scheduling for the right person. What You’ll Do Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression Assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest questions Communicate with guests by phone, email, and in person Help resolve guest requests and concerns with a positive, solutions-oriented approach Provide information about the property and surrounding area Complete general front desk and administrative tasks Use computers and basic hospitality/property management software Communicate effectively with other members of the team to ensure a smooth guest experience Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area If you’re friendly, dependable, comfortable with people and computers, and enjoy providing great service, we’d love to hear from you! We’re looking for someone who is: Friendly, personable, and genuinely enjoys helping people Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently Comfortable interacting with guests in a professional and welcoming manner Experienced in hospitality, lodging, customer service, or a similar service-oriented environment Comfortable with general computer skills , including email, web-based systems, and basic office tasks A good communicator with strong attention to detail Able to stay organized and calm when things get busy Flexible and willing to pitch in wherever needed Hospitality or front desk experience is preferred, but we’re also interested in candidates with strong customer service experience and the right attitude.
