Located in Midtown West and in a Class A building that is convenient to all transportation lines, Howard Hanna NYC Real Estate is a team of motivated and client-oriented professionals who are dedicated to elevating the standards of the industry. Compensation is based on commission.

Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining professionalism and transparency
• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and local market trends to ensure compliance and informed decision-making
• Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, tracking client interactions, and organizing property documents with precision
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and clear communication skills, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish

Experience

• Valid real estate license in accordance with local licensing requirements
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or property management within a real estate environment
• Demonstrated negotiation skills that lead to successful deal closures
• Familiarity with marketing techniques specific to real estate listings and brand promotion
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively
• Strong organizational skills complemented by administrative experience in real estate or related fields
• Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management best practices is essential for compliance and ethical practice
