This is a chance to build a long-term, commission-based business representing one of America's oldest and most respected lubricant manufacturers.About the RoleIf you're the kind of salesperson who would rather build a business than punch a time clock, this opportunity may be exactly what you're looking for.ResponsibilitiesDevelop new commercial and industrial accounts.Become a trusted advisor to maintenance managers, fleet managers, plant engineers, shop owners, and business owners.Help customers reduce equipment failures, extend service intervals, lower maintenance costs, and improve reliability.Build recurring business through exceptional customer relationships and technical problem-solving.QualificationsB2B outside sales experience (industrial, fleet, construction, equipment, manufacturing, agricultural, or technical sales preferred).Required SkillsEntrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.Strong relationship-building and communication skills.Organized, driven, and coachable.Preferred SkillsExperience in ideal industries such as Heavy Truck Fleets, Manufacturing, Construction, Mining & Aggregates, Municipal Public Works, Waste & Recycling, Agriculture, Logging & Forestry, Ready Mix & Asphalt, Equipment Rental, Marine & Ports, Food Processing, and Industrial Maintenance.Pay range and compensation package100% Commission (1099 Independent Contractor).
