Key Responsibilities:
\tPerform fiberglass layup, repair, and finishing work
\tRead and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications
\tPrepare surfaces, mix resins, and apply fiberglass materials
\tSand, grind, and finish fiberglass components to required standards
\tInspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
\tMaintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
\tPrevious experience as a Fiberglass Technician is required
\tMust have reliable transportation
\tValid drivers license required
\tAbility to commute to and from the job site daily
\tStrong attention to detail and workmanship
\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team
