In this assignment, you’ll serve both a middle school and an elementary campus, supporting students ages 6 to 14 as an Occupational Therapist. The part-time, flexible structure—18 hours per week through the end of the school year—makes this an ideal fit for those who value work-life balance and want to diversify their experience. You’ll manage an engaging caseload of 16 students, designing and implementing strategies that foster independence and enhance students’ school participation.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Current OT licensure in Washington (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Experience working with children in school settings preferred
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet students’ individual needs
• Strong communication and collaborative skills for multidisciplinary teamwork
• Interest in working with diverse student populations

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate students in grades 1–8 to determine therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to support student progress
• Maintain clear documentation and case records
• Travel between one middle and one elementary location as assigned
