We currently have openings for experienced nurses only - No new grads at this time: Full & PT Evening Shift (3p-11p) includes every other weekend Full & PT NOC (11p-7a) includes every other weekend

• 35-$39 PER HOUR Depending on Benefits Selected
• 2/hour Shift Differentials for Evenings & Overnights
• 2/hr bonus when assigned to work Complex Care/Respiratory Unit

Responsibilities The responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse are consistent with those of Skilled Nursing Facilities in Illinois. Requirements Current LPN license from the State of Illinois Experience using Point Click Care (PCC) Documentation a PLUS!
