As a Household Goods Moving Helper , you'll work alongside experienced drivers and crew leaders to safely move and deliver household goods for residential and national account customers.

What You'll Do

• Assist with loading, unloading, packing, wrapping, and transporting household goods (including furniture).
• Work as part of a moving crew to ensure safe, efficient, and professional service .
• Handle furniture, boxes, and equipment while respecting customers' homes and belongings.
• Follow instructions from the Driver/Crew Leader and represent Lawrence Companies in a professional manner.
• Use company tools, vehicles, and equipment responsibly and safely.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures .

What We're Looking For

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. (without assistance).
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and temperatures .
• Strong work ethic with a team-first mindset .
• Professional, respectful, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to stay organized, follow directions, and work efficiently.
• Previous experience in moving, warehouse, or general labor is a plus-but not required .

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, and carrying.
• Ability to work long or flexible shifts depending on job schedules.

Employment Requirements

• Valid driver's license (preferred).
• Must pass pre-employment screening, including background check and drug screen .
