The Role

As an Associate Account Executive for US HOKA Lifestyle, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Lifestyle Sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with the Lead Strategic Account Executive on the Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, and Champs business, assist the broader team, and build strong relationships with both internal cross-functional partners and external retail partners. This role is perfect for someone who is highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within HOKA.

Your Impact

• Aid in preparing sales presentations, reports, and proposals for accounts
• Assist in coordinating and attending industry events, quarterly sales meetings, and account meetings
• Support seasonal forecasting and sales planning
• Collaborate with internal marketing counterparts to assist in marketing campaigns
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve customer issues or concerns
• Perform additional activities as assigned by the Lead Strategic Account Executive
• Travel as required to attend team meetings, marketing meetings, line reviews, and other business-related activities
• Conduct visits to customer offices, retail locations, showrooms, and other designated locations
• Manage travel logistics in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Plan logistics for sell-ins, quarterly business reviews, and ad-hoc meetings as needed
• Assist the lifestyle business and leadership in coordinating events related to sales needs

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experience
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote)
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data-entry and record keeping
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Desire to grow within the sales organization

• Passion for the footwear industry
