Aufgabengebiet: Finish-Bearbeitung von geschmiedeten und gehärteten Lenkungsbauteilen (Spindel, Kolben, Ausgangswelle) für EPS Außenrundschleifen, speziell Außen-Kugelgewindetrieb Innenrundschleifen, speziell Innen-Kugelgewindetrieb Flachschleifen im Bereich Verzahnungsschleifen Einstellen der Bearbeitungsmaschinen Bedienen von Automationszellen Auftragsbearbeitung gemäß Arbeitsplan und Zeichnung Erstellen und Eingeben von Werkzeugdaten Treffen der Werkzeugauswahl in Abstimmung mit dem Industrial Engineering Selbstständige Schnittdatenberechnung und in Abstimmung mit Industrial Engineering Durchführen von Bearbeitungsversuchen sowie das Prozesseinfahren an den Anlagen Erstellen und Eingeben von Bearbeitungsprogrammen Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Bearbeitungsanlage Qualitative Prüfung von den Fertigungsmerkmalen während der Bearbeitung sowie Abstimmung mit Messtechnikern bzgl. Qualität Voraussetzungen: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d), Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Feinwerkmechaniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) mit Weiterbildung zum Schleifer (m/w/d) Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Außenrund- / Innenrund- und Flachschleifen Fachwissen über Schleifprozesse / Werkzeuge / Programmierung der Schleifmaschinen Schichtbereitschaft Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Vorhandene Englischkenntnisse Was Sie erwartet: Schicht-Mitarbeitende arbeiten im Dreischicht- oder im Mehrschicht-System und erhalten hohe finanzielle Zulagen.
