Quality Multi-Family ManagerCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Multi-Family Manager to support operations in Huntsville, AL!We are hiring two Quality managers to support B and C shift operations. Candidates scheduled on B shift will work Monday-Thursday 4:30PM-3:00AM.Candidates schedule for C shift will work Friday-Sunday 6:00AM-6:30PM.The PAC-3 Manager will manage teams that directly support Production, Sustainment and Development activities. This position requires strong leadership and people skills, the ability to problem solve, proactively identify issues, and develop and communicate action plans.This position will be required to:Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.Interface directly with stakeholders to the help resolve production issuesProvides education and coaching on the Quality System.Manages resources and leads process improvements.Position Responsibilities: ​Performs management activities across multiple (2 or more) Quality Management Job Families. Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.
