Utility Billing & Analysis Lead youpower®
Location: Carlsbad, CA (In-Person)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $60,000 - $75,000
About the Role:
youpower® is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Utility Billing & Analysis Lead to join our team as we grow our new market. This role is ideal for someone with prior utility billing experience or one who desires upward mobility with a can-do attitude and ability to learn quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bill tenants for the month using youpower’s® billing software
- Communicate directly with utility companies to resolve billing discrepancies and account issues
- Analyze billing data and ensure charges align with expected rates and usage
- Maintain organized records and documentation of billing activity
- Support the team with additional billing-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with utility billing required
- Comfortable calling and speaking with utility providers to handle account inquiries
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Excel and basic data tracking
