If you naturally ask “Why did this happen—and how do we make sure it doesn’t happen again?”, this role is for you. You’ll be the quality voice across design, production, and supply chain—codifying standards, validating processes, and ensuring compliance from concept through launch.

Your impact

• Define and maintain product, process, and system-level quality standards; recommend and implement changes that reduce variation and eliminate defects.
• Engage early with product design, product management, and production to surface and mitigate quality risks.
• Audit production lines, incoming materials, and suppliers/vendors; communicate findings and drive corrective action plans to closure.
• Lead structured root cause analysis on nonconformities and failures; establish effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain alignment with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards; prep and support internal/external audits.
• Keep documentation current and complete, including NCRs, RCA summaries, and CAPA records.
• Advance continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma participation.
• Own APQP deliverables: Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and FMEAs that evolve with product and process changes.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to meet APQP milestones and timing.
• Develop, submit, and manage PPAP packages per customer and AIAG requirements; secure approvals on time for launches and engineering changes; maintain traceable approval histories and revisions.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree
• 2–4 years of experience in a quality-focused role
• Foundational knowledge of quality systems and inspection methods; experience with RCA, FMEA, and SPC.
• Comfortable communicating technical and non-technical information, in writing and verbally.
• Analytical, systematic problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Detail orientation that safeguards specifications and compliance.
• Collaborative approach and the ability to work across disciplines.
• Curiosity and initiative in learning new quality tools and techniques.
