About the Role As the Director of Nursing, you will serve as the clinical leader of our community, guiding and empowering a multidisciplinary team while ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. What We're Looking For We are seeking a servant-hearted leader who brings both clinical expertise and the ability to inspire others. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact license with no stipulations is required. Minimum 3 years of Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is required. Demonstrated success leading clinical teams and achieving positive quality outcomes Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations andsurvey readiness, and compliance standards Expertise in the CMS 5-star quality programquality andperformance improvement initiatives Proven ability to manage change, drive accountability, and foster a culture of excellence Leadership Qualities Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing nursing professionals Strong communicator who builds trust and collaboration across departments Strategic thinker who balances resident-centered care with operational effectiveness Positive, solutions-oriented leader who inspires engagement and teamwork Commitment to creating an exceptional experience for residents, families, and team members Why Join Touchstone Communities?
