Lab Training Lead and Phlebotomy Specialist
Boston Medical Center (BMC)
Boston Medical Center is seeking a Laboratory Technician Assistant to support daily workflow in the clinical lab, including training LTAs and students and ensuring competency. This role requires collaboration across departments to provide timely phlebotomy services and maintain patient care standards. The LTA will work full-time, with a 5a-5p weekday schedule and alternate weekends, learning and applying LIS and lab procedures while ensuring safety and compliance across the laboratory operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Boston Medical Center (BMC)
