Restaurant Team Member At Panera Bread, the team member is the heart of hospitality, delivering warmth and care to every guest interaction. The role plays a key part in our bakery‑café’s growth and in serving local communities. Responsibilities Act as an ambassador for Panera Warmth in all guest interactions. Prepare fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with accuracy and efficiency. Assist guests at the entry, cashier, and dining areas. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties, and helping set up the next shift. Adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude. Qualifications Minimum age 16+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Basic food safety knowledge and training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law). Previous food service experience preferred but not required.
