Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care – Franklin, New Hampshire. Start date: 08/31/2026 for a 9-week travel assignment. Weekly pay: $1,527-$1,615 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12 nights (18:45–07:15). Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility. This assignment is managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per orders; monitor residents for changes in condition.
- Conduct routine head-to-toe assessments and document findings; escalate changes to the care team.
- Provide direct patient care including hygiene, mobility assistance, and activities of daily living in a long-term care setting.
- Monitor for adverse events, manage equipment, and respond promptly to call lights to ensure resident safety.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with privacy and infection control policies.

Requirements
- Availability for the 9-week assignment starting 08/31/2026.
- Ability to work the night shift schedule: 18:45–07:15 (3x12 nights).
- Comfortable delivering direct patient care in a long-term care setting.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with the care team.
