Technical Program Manager, AI and Cloud Expansion, Scale and Efficiency Location: Kirkland, WA; Seattle, WA; Sunnyvale, CA (please specify your preferred location during application). Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with knowledge of fast‑paced product life cycles. Experience leading initiatives for the non‑linear scaling of cloud expansion while maintaining a positive customer experience. Experience with hyperscale infrastructure deployment, focusing on the development of AI and Cloud platforms and services. Experience in AI fluency, with the ability to leverage the latest models and tools to build automated agents and workflow‑enhancing skills. Excellent business acumen and process design skills, utilizing data modeling and analytics to measure initiative success and drive business improvement. Responsibilities Lead a portfolio of strategic, complex, multidisciplinary programs that accelerate business impact and drive program strategy. Drive cross‑functional teams toward successful delivery of business, operational, and technical improvements. Deliver measurable business value as reflected in company‑level OKRs, ecosystem health, and organizational performance. Identify opportunities to improve the scale and speed of cloud expansion by 15% and advocate investment decisions. Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date view of the status, risk, and outlook of the program portfolio, instituting systematic risk‑management practices. Partner closely with product and engineering senior leadership to meet business objectives. Orchestrate across a broad set of cross‑functional stakeholders, both technical and non‑technical. Resolve escalations and, when necessary, pursue higher‑level escalation. Plan requirements with internal customers and shepherd projects through their entire lifecycle, managing schedules, identifying risks, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders. Lead multi‑disciplinary engineering teams, explaining analyses and recommendations to executives while discussing technical trade‑offs with engineers. Use technical expertise to identify future opportunities, improve processes, and drive the technical directions of programs. Compensation US salary range: $192,000 – $279,000 (USD) with 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
