We are seeking a professional Line Cook to join our team in both fine and casual dining environments. This role involves preparing food precisely according to the chef’s specifications and setting up stations efficiently for menu service. The Line Cook will work 8-10 hour shifts, assisting the executive and sous chefs while ensuring high-quality, timely food delivery and maintaining strict food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Prepare ingredients and food for service, including chopping, butchering, and sauce preparation
• Cook menu items in coordination with kitchen staff
• Follow instructions from executive and sous chefs accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of stations and properly manage leftover food
• Control inventory and stock appropriately
• Ensure high food quality and timely simultaneous plating
• Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations
• Collaborate professionally with coworkers and contribute to a positive work environment
