Admissions Specialist

Seeking a self-driven Admissions Specialist to work remotely, this full-time position will engage with prospects, conduct discovery calls to assess fit for Ria Health's telehealth alcohol treatment services, and meet monthly enrollment targets through effective communication and relationship-building. Key responsibilities Conduct discovery calls to determine suitability of services for prospects, addressing objections and guiding them through the enrollment process Manage insurance eligibility by collecting necessary information and collaborating with the Verifications Specialist Track interactions in Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, while providing feedback for process improvement Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or sales, preferably in admissions Polished and professional communication skills to build rapport with potential patients Tech-savvy with proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and other applications Passion for healthcare and technology, with a flexible and solution-oriented mindset Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards
