I opened my agency in 2023 after working as a State Farm team member, bringing firsthand experience into building a supportive and grounded office. Today, our team includes five members, and we’re focused on growing together in a way that’s intentional and people-centered. I’m married with a young child and enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, and staying active in our church, which influences the values we bring into the workplace. Giving back to the community is important to us as well, and while we’re still growing, service remains a priority.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Michaela Voeller - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
