Our client, a highly respected San Francisco Bay Area General Contractor, is actively hiring several Construction Project Engineers to support projects in San Francisco, San Jose, Milpitas, and Santa Cruz. These roles are ideal for earlycareer construction professionals who want real responsibility, handson project exposure, and a clear growth path toward Project Management. Project Engineers on this team are embedded in the work - collaborating closely with Project Managers and Superintendents across multiple Bay Area locations while gaining experience through the full project lifecycle. The Work (Across SF, San Jose, Milpitas & Santa Cruz)
- Groundup and renovation projects throughout the Bay Area
- Project types may include Commercial, Multifamily, Life Sciences, Healthcare, and specialty construction
- Daily collaboration with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 1-4 years of construction experience (GC or builder preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office (Primavera a plus)
- Clear career progression from Project Engineer to Project Manager
- Exposure to complex, resumebuilding projects early in your career
- Supportive culture with strong mentorship and leadership access
- Longterm stability with an active pipeline across San Francisco, San Jose, Milpitas, and Santa Cruz
