Supports facility security staff, monitors and maintains access control equipment. Employee Health and Safety: Possesses knowledge of OSHA guidelines, compliance safety, food safety auditing processes, regulatory inspection processes, emergency evacuation plans. Accesses organizational resources to address different types of business-specific health and safety hazards, supports implementation of OSHA guidelines, highlights risks to management, and conducts safety audits and reviews. Partnership Collaboration: Possesses knowledge of stakeholder identification, communication, engagement techniques, and tools. Owns delivery of project activity, supports process updates, solves business issues, and demonstrates functional business knowledge. Data and Digital Literacy: Possesses knowledge of data collection modes, techniques, and tools. Gathers and interprets data, analyzes reports, leverages technology for transactional activities, and suggests automation opportunities. EHS Training Delivery: Possesses knowledge of training methodologies and content development. Supports instructors, manages feedback collection, maintains training repositories, and explains procedures to contractors. Influential Communication: Possesses knowledge of verbal and nonverbal behaviors and communication styles. Organizes thoughts, presents to stakeholders, utilizes data to articulate results, actively listens, builds networks, and provides recommendations. Process Improvement: Supports implementation of process improvement strategies, identifies process gaps, suggests improvements, and leads incident investigations and root cause analysis under supervision. Environmental Protection: Possesses knowledge of environmental policies and federal, state, and local regulations. Demonstrates awareness of regulations, redirects inquiries, implements policies, and promotes environmental issues. Operational Excellence: Possesses knowledge of organizational processes, SOPs, and OBW processes. Explains operational functions, clarifies department roles, describes interdependencies, and locates SOP and OBW information. Complies with company policies, procedures, ethics, integrity, and the Open Door Policy to execute business processes and maintain standards of conduct. Completes work assignments, collaborates with managers and colleagues, identifies priorities, and determines ways to address improvement opportunities and learn from feedback. Compensation Hourly wage range: $22.00 - $25.50. Additional premiums may apply (0.35–3.00 per hour) based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Minimum Qualifications 6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year’s work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security related field (e.g., Military, Public Safety, Compliance, Criminal Justice). Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint and OneDrive experience, and training in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security related field.
