Head of Solutions Engineering

Leading the Solutions Engineering function, the full-time remote Head of Solutions Engineering will engage with strategic customers, support complex enterprise sales conversations, and coach a growing team while driving successful implementation and adoption of the platform. Key responsibilities Lead and develop the Solutions Engineering function, setting standards for technical support across pre-sales, implementation, and adoption Act as a hands-on technical leader for enterprise accounts, guiding customer implementations to success Coach Solutions Engineers in effective discovery, demos, and managing technical objections to build customer confidence Required qualifications Proven experience in Solutions Engineering or related technical customer-facing roles within B2B SaaS Strong technical literacy, including familiarity with APIs and technical troubleshooting Experience managing or mentoring technical teams, with a focus on customer engagement Comfortable leading technical discovery and recommending practical solutions for enterprise customers Familiarity with AI tools and their integration into workflows is a plus
