On Call Caregiver
Must live in North Side Chicago. Must be able to cover a shift last minute.
Looking for an on-call caregiver to service the north side Chicago. Must live in close proximity to the office (office zip code 60640).
Caregiver needs to have experience:
- Personal care duties
- Transfers using hoyer lift / gait belts
- Companionship
- Dementia experience (not mandatory but a plus)
- Parkinson's experience (not mandatory but a plus)
- Reliable transportation
