Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- PRN

Manahawkin Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our growing nursing team in Manahawkin, NJ. As a LPN, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support the nursing staff in delivering high quality, resident-centered care. Position Type This position is PRN or per diem at this time. Pay Rates

• 35.00 per hour
• 38.50 per hour – MaxPay Program. Inquire during interview for program details.
• 37.00 per hour – PRN Rate

Job Requirements Current and active LPN license in state of NJ Previous experience in long term care is preferred Strong clinical assessment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays if needed Job Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to residents following established care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, documenting accurately Monitor residents' health status including vital signs, physical and mental condition Assist with admission, transfers and discharge procedures including resident assessments and documentation Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists and other team members to ensure quality care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records Support residents with activities of daily living as needed Participate in care planning, family conferences, and resident meetings to promote person-centered care Follow infection control, safety protocols and facility policies Educate residents and families on health management, medication use, and care procedures Assist in training and mentoring new staff Why Choose Manahawkin Health and Rehab?
