Pay & Details

• Dedicated Teams - Up to $110,000 Annually Per Driver
• Guaranteed raise at 6 months, 1 year, and 18 months OR Guaranteed 1st anniversary raise PLUS .05 CPM when you exceed 20,000 monthly miles (depending on location)
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus per team for a limited time
• $25,000 Sign-On Bonus per FULLY ENDORSED team for a limited time

Lease Purchase Opportunities

• Compensation - CPM: $1.30 - $1.40 / mi + FSC - Depending on Location
• Average age of equipment is 1 year and 2 months

Minimum Requirements

• Must have valid Class A CDL
• Must be 23 years of age or older (21 years if prior military)
• Minimum of 6 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months or 12+ Months Experience in Last 2 Years
• Must meet FMCSA/DOT driver regulations
• Hazmat and Doubles Endorsement Options Available

The Company is headquartered in beautiful Russellville, AR on I-40 between Little Rock and Fort Smith with additional Full Service Maintenance terminal in North Little Rock. Transco Lines operates over 350 power units and 700 dry van trailers. Our fleet consists of 175 solo drivers and 170 teams.
