Sr Engineering PMO Lead - Operation & Analytics

Senior Engineering PMO Lead position at Masimo (Danaher operating company) in Irvine, California. The role partners with project management leadership to enhance portfolio visibility, governance, resource planning, and analytics across the engineering organization, driving continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Drive PMO operational excellence through development and standardization of project management methodologies and governance processes
Partner with VP of Project Management to translate engineering portfolio strategy into scalable processes and analytics
Lead portfolio governance, project intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and cross-project portfolio reviews
Develop and maintain portfolio management frameworks, standards, templates, and best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, or related technical field
8+ years in regulated technical product development or technical program management
Experience developing and implementing project management methodologies and governance frameworks
Proficiency with Power BI or similar reporting tools for executive dashboards and metrics
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and portfolio management platforms
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities

Compensation: $160,000 - $180,000 base, plus up to 10% annual bonus
