Requirements

Licensed dental hygienist

Licensing: Must hold a valid New Jersey Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Expertise: Proficiency in dental terminology and modern hygiene techniques.
Clinical Approach: A demonstrated ability to be thorough in treatment while maintaining a gentle and compassionate chairside manner.
Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Job Description

Preventative Excellence: Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing with a gentle touch.
Patient Education: Empower patients by providing personalized instruction on oral hygiene and the link between oral health and systemic wellness.
Clinical Assessments: Conduct thorough screenings of patients oral health, including periodontal charting and checking for signs of oral cancer.
Sterilization & Safety: Maintain a strictly sterile and safe clinical environment, adhering to all OSHA and infection control protocols.
Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and detailed medical documentation of treatments and patient progress using standard dental terminology.
