Training Coordinator

Responsibilities Develop and deliver training content to new and existing team members through instructor‑led training, web‑based training, hands‑on training, job aids, quick reference guides, and simulations. Guide new team members through their experience and acclimation to ITS’ culture. Optimize and continuously improve the training program, striving toward retention and scalability. Monitor, evaluate, recommend, and report on the effectiveness, success, scalability, and ROI of the ITS Training Plan. Regularly evaluate trainee performance to ensure transfer of knowledge and application to day‑to‑day operations. Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, techniques, developments, best practices, industry news, and technology. Actively contribute to department and company goals. Uphold and deliver ITS core values and best practices to team members. Interface with operations and leadership to ensure training aligns with business needs. Provide weekly reporting to Leadership team. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Two years of experience in the supply chain and logistics industry, or three or more years of experience in instructional design, training development, and delivery. Previous experience in training and/or mentoring others. Dynamically outgoing and engaging personality with the ability to build deep relationships quickly. Experience presenting information in front of groups. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience implementing training modules preferred. Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented.
