Schedule

This is a per diem (PRN), clinic-based position providing coverage based on clinic staffing needs and your availability.

• Shifts are available Monday through Friday during clinic hours of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• No weekend shifts — our clinics are closed Saturdays and Sundays
• Hours and shifts may vary based on clinic coverage needs

 

What you’ll do

You’ll create a smooth, supportive experience for every patient by:

• Greeting patients and checking them in with warmth and professionalism
• Managing incoming calls, messages, and patient inquiries
• Scheduling appointments, referrals, follow ups, and co pays
• Assisting with insurance verification and prior authorizations
• Supporting clear communication between patients and providers
• Updating and maintaining accurate information in the EHR
• Helping keep the front desk organized, efficient, and patient ready

 

What you bring

• Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
• EHR proficiency (Athena or eCW preferred)
• A positive attitude and a commitment to patient centered service
