Daily Responsibilities: Manage journal entries and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded Conduct reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy Assist with month-end close processes Prepare financial statements for review Maintain the general ledger and ensure all accounts are up to date Required Skills: Proficiency in accounting software Experience with bank reconciliations Ability to generate financial reports Strong attention to detail Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes Nice to Have Skills: Experience with QuickBooks Strong administrative skills Experience with invoicing and file management Salary and Benefits: Salary: $38,000 - $48,000 per year Benefits: Flexible Schedules, Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off Company Information: Ultimate Roofing WV LLC is a local roofing contractor providing residential and commercial roofing services in Morgantown, Clarksburg, and surrounding areas in West Virginia.
