Civil Litigation Associate
Location: Seattle, WA OR Kennewick, WA (Remote, Hybrid, or In-Office Flexibility)

Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking Civil Litigation Associates to support the continued growth of its Washington practice. What You'll Work On:
- Managing civil litigation matters through all phases of the litigation process
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings
- Conducting legal research and written discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Appearing at hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings
- Assisting with trial preparation and litigation strategy
- Working directly with clients and experienced litigators on complex matters
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of civil litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities
- Ability to manage assignments independently in a fast-paced environment
- Trial experience is a plus but not required
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Washington Bar admission required
- Oregon Bar admission is a plus
