What You’ll Do:

As our Customer Care Representative, you will:

• Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
• Dispatch technicians efficiently to meet customer needs.
• Communicate updates between customers and field staff.
• Maintain accurate customer records and work orders.
• Follow up on completed services and customer concerns.
• Help keep daily operations running smoothly through organization and teamwork.
