OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Payment Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and able to manage payment processes efficiently while maintaining strict accuracy and confidentiality.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all payment transactions, including incoming and outgoing payments.Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.Maintain detailed and organized records of all payment activities.Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.Communicate with clients, vendors, or team members regarding payment issues professionally.Follow company policies and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive financial information.Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payment operations.QualificationsMust be a United States-based applicantStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Basic understanding of payment processing, financial transactions, or bookkeeping.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.Previous experience in finance, payments, or administrative roles is a plus but not required.Work SchedulePart-time: 16–20 hours per week. Flexible hours, suitable for individuals who are currently employed. Work can be done remotely.CompensationCommission-based pay only: 5% – 7% commission. Commission is paid monthly.
