Daily Responsibilities for floaters include: Meeting the individual needs of the children Parent communication Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning Presenting expectations that are appropriate to the child's age and developmental level Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff Teamwork

Qualifications: 90 hour certification (preferred but not required) Has successfully completed state-required pre-service training (Basic Health and Safety, COVID-19 Safety, ADA) or willing to do so CPR/First Aid Certified Prior classroom experience (new graduates please also apply-training available) Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices Strong written and communication skills The Goddard School offers competitive compensation and benefits based on experience, education, and certifications and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
