Forklift Operator (FLC)

Responsibilities Using manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist drivers in loading and unloading trucks. Loading and unloading materials using hand truck, reach truck, or forklift. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and identifying discrepancies in receiving loads against manifest. Picking, packing, scanning, kitting, counting products, and ensuring timeliness, packaging, and system accuracy. Identifying and annotating overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D). Safely operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Reading and following detailed instructions in a fast‑paced environment. Ensuring a safe and secure work environment, including all TSA and OSHA guidelines. Performing other duties as assigned. Skills & Competencies Ability to use forklifts, pallet jacks, and banding/shrink‑wrap material. Experience using an RF scan gun. Previous forklift certifications preferred. Availability to work overtime and occasional weekends. Ability to read and comprehend work instructions. Ability to work well with others with little supervision. High attention to detail. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. unassisted. Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English. Experience Previous warehouse experience preferred – 1 year experience. Position requires standing and walking for extended periods, frequently stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, bending, and lifting objects above the head. Employees must regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds unassisted and use pallet jacks and forklifts. Schedule Wednesday through Sunday 5pm to 2am.
